The reason for this post today is over the next few weeks I will be featuring some abdominal training exercises they will be a mixture of pilates moves and regular strength training routines and low back exercises.
We all need a strong core, we will run better, stand taller, protect our lower back.

Hi Jodie, thanks for your response yesterday, very helpful info, I am going to have to try kickboxing, my gym offers it on saturdays. I'm currently doing a few different standard strength training moves, and just started doing assisted pullups, I'll have to add in some pushups as well.I would absolutely love to read your thoughts/tips on core training, as I am beginning to focus more on that as well.
