When I first started, I could barely climb my stairs at home without being winded. I literally had to pull myself up the stairs by holding on to the handrail, but now I can run up my stairs several times a day without any problem and I am no longer winded when I reach the top. We hired Jodie as our Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist and she enabled us to reach our goals in a timely manner. She was professional, yet caring. She gave us the needed information and educational tools to reduce our weight and have a healthy body.
Between us, we lost over 50 pounds and were both able to achieve a healthy body fat percentage.
She tailored our eating and exercise programs for each of us. Due to this, we found that it was easy to follow the programs, because they included things that each of us enjoyed. What meant the most to us was that when we had questions (about certain food products or exercises) she was always willing to answer us right away.

15 Pounds and 4 inches later at age 69!
When I started with Jodie I had been suffering from depression for some time. I was lethargic, overweight and a smoker. Now, I’m 15 pounds lighter, more motivated and ready to quit smoking! I’m also a more pleasant person to be around.
Jodie made me feel like = if she asked me to do it, I probably could do it – and I did! She didn’t push. We slowly progressed until I was asking for more weight.
She’s been my nutritional ‘guru’ and is a wealth of healthy recipes. Her “Healthy Tip” emails have been essential.
